We’re back! RE/MAX of Texas is pleased to announce the opening of RE/MAX Land & Homes in Victoria. This opening will mark the first appearance of RE/MAX® in Victoria in many years. The office is a newly remodeled suite located at 303 E. Airline, Suite 4 off the high traffic area of Navarro and Main Street.

The mother/daughter team of Sarah Korczynski and Veronica McCants along with Broker-of-Record Frankie Lassman and Debrah Donovan-Office Manager will be in charge of office operations.

As long time residents of Victoria, Sarah and Veronica were licensed three years ago after running a successful family business for over 25 years. “We’ve jumped right into it,” states Veronica. “Since becoming licensed, we have been very active in our local Board of Realtors®. We believe staying involved keeps you on top of your game.” Their strategy has definitely worked. Veronica serves as Chair-Person and Sarah as Co-Chair of the TREPAC fundraising committee, and Sarah is also a member of the Board of Directors.  Both Veronica and Sarah have their GRI designation; Sarah has her SRES designation and Veronica is currently working toward her e-Pro designation.

With impressive credentials and designations, the team is taking on Victoria’s real estate needs with the RE/MAX brand name behind them. The office will focus on residential, coastal and land sales. “It’s a real seller’s market down here,” Sarah offers. “New business is bringing in lots of relocation sales and out of town investors. Our prices are reasonable and Victoria is close to several major cities, coastal areas, and farm and ranch land.

Veronica and Sarah have recently returned from Denver where they attended training at RE/MAX International’s Global Education Center. “We were so excited to meet Dave Liniger and get a first hand look at what RE/MAX has to offer owners,” continues Veronica. “We’ve also attended the free Power Start class offered by RE/MAX of Texas and received a terrific overview on Mainstreet and Leadstreet, as well as many other services provided to the RE/MAX Network. I think we are off to a great start.”
