RE/MAX of Texas is proud to announce the opening of RE/MAX Landmark II in historic Royse City, owned by husband and wife team Terry and Frank Roberts. Located right next to the Chamber of Commerce and across from the new city hall, RE/MAX Landmark II has a high tech yet historic feel with state-of-the-art network and conferencing equipment.

“Our business has always had a boutique feel,” comments Co-Owner Terry Roberts. “We are smaller than most offices, but prefer this set up so that we can provide our agents with a hands-on, mentoring environment.” With a degree in Finance, Terry moved her business to RE/MAX® after starting in real estate in 2002. Terry and Frank opened up RE/MAX Landmark located in Terrell in 2004.

Royce City seems ideal for the boutique-style office Terry and Frank are offering. As a bedroom community for the DFW area, it is only 30 minutes from downtown Dallas. “The population here has really jumped,” notes Terry. “But the large amount of new construction is a hurdle we have to overcome, though we feel in time this will be less of a challenge as the resale market grows.”

RE/MAX Landmark II would also like to be known in Royse City as a real estate resource center for the community, and has recently sent out invitations to a consumer seminar the office will host. “We want the community to know that we are a valuable resource for everyone, regardless of whether they are buying or selling a house. They can trust us to give the best advice and information in town.”

Terry is also adamant about continuing education. Recently, she took eight of her agents to Phoenix to participate in a Richard Robbins Seminar and will be paying the tuition fee of new agents so that they can benefit from the best training.
