A former Captain in the United States Air Force, Bobby Elizondo interviewed with 12 different owners before reaching the doors of RE/MAX Fidelity Realty (an independent office at that time) in 2004. “The office was actually on the opposite side of town from where I live,” notes Bobby. “But I was so impressed with the owners, Robert, Rudi and Roni Lozano that I forgot the distance.”

Born and raised in Texas, Bobby has earned his spurs in business with a lot of sweat equity. A graduate of Webster University, he earned a Master’s Degree in Business Administration before embarking on six years of active service in the US Air Force. “The military gave me a feeling for the importance of branding. So I entered the real estate business already respecting RE/MAX®,” says Bobby.

A career in the military might have given Bobby the constitution to succeed in business from a grassroots level. One of Bobby’s proven method of success is canvassing new listings and their surrounding neighborhoods. “I try to get out to these new listings within the first day or so,” says Bobby of his approach. “I’ve practically worn the soles out of my shoes from all the walking. But it has been well worth it.”

Bobby also credits techniques he has learned from taking Peak Performance, one of many RE/MAX of Texas sponsored courses and one of the industry's leading "practical Realtor applications" training programs. “It was there that I learned the how to approach For Sale by Owners and how to work with expired listings. The market in San Antonio is still a strong market; we haven’t experienced any of the downturn that other parts of the country are facing. There is job growth and lots of military relocations, so opportunity is everywhere.”
