RE/MAX of Texas is pleased to announce the opening of RE/MAX Trinity, located in the vibrant downtown area of Fort Worth. Owned and operated by real estate and housing industry veteran Jaci Coan and her husband David, RE/MAX Trinity will be housed in the stately and historic Montgomery Ward building – a well-known Forth Worth landmark that has recently reopened as Montgomery Plaza. “We are extremely excited about the project. The building was constructed in 1928, and with 15 foot high ceilings and massive columns, it is definitely an impressive space. We’ve just begun the process of renovating and are anticipating opening in mid April.” says Broker of Record Jaci Coan.

Jaci, a licensed agent since 1979, has conducted her entire career around homes. In addition to real estate sales, she and her husband previously owned a home building business and still operate their own mortgage company. With a tremendous project underway to remake and expand the downtown area, as well as several residential areas already under construction, Fort Worth’s population will be growing by leaps and bounds. The upper seven floors of Montgomery Plaza are currently being converted to condos and rooftop resort, sales of which will begin this spring. RE/MAX Trinity will be perfectly positioned to serve the needs of the area.  The office will focus heavily on the renovated downtown area, and the selling of the urban lifestyle.

To take on this task, Jaci and David would like to expand their team of five agents to include as many as 30 agents in the future. “We take recruiting very seriously. In April, David and I will be become certified Brian Buffini Mentors to give the best possible leadership and development to our new recruits,” continues Jaci. “We want to do whatever we can to help them obtain as much education as possible.” The office will host the RE/MAX Satellite Network in addition to becoming a ‘Miracle Office’ to benefit Children’s Miracle Network®. The RE/MAX Trinity team is also a long time supporter of Happy Hill Farms and the Komen Foundation.
