Three Houston-area RE/MAX offices under the same ownership have received praise and recognition for their outstanding production. Owner William Knapp of RE/MAX Space Center, RE/MAX Space Center- Clear Lake and RE/MAX Pearland-Space Center has successfully lead his three offices to success and currently holds 26% of their area’s market share, according to the MLS. In addition, the three offices have been very active in supporting local children’s healthcare by raising over $100,000 for Children’s Miracle Network®.

Many among the ranks of all three RE/MAX Space Center offices were lauded for their high production listing levels. Among those recognized from each RE/MAX Space Center office were both individual and team producers. The total closed volume for all three offices was $468,529,650, and total closed units of 2540. 

From RE/MAX Space Center- Nasa Parkway Top Individual Producers were Frances Coursey, Ray Leonard, Judy Rummel, Kimberly Harding and the overall Top Individual Producer was Randy Barr. Randy also earned recognition as the overall Top Listing Individual. Others in the Top Individual Listings category include Associates Frances Coursey, Debbie Thompson, Barry Bobbitt and Faron Daigle.

For team achievement, the top four producing teams were Carla Wade Team, the Barbara Straty Team, the Priscilla Ennis Team and overall Top Producing Team, the Janice Owens Team.

At RE/MAX Space Center- Clear Lake, the Top Individual Producers included Dot Masterson, Sandra Harvey, Dianna Richards, Glenda Taylor, with Mike Canary as the overall Top Individual Producer and Top Listing Individual. Other Associates who garnered Top Listing Individual status were Dot Masterson, Dianna Richards, Glenda Taylor and Sandra Harvey. 

For team achievement, the Top Producing Teams were: the Shirley Ham Team,  the Jimmy Simien Team, the Karrie Chang Realty Group and the overall Top Producing Team was the Shapiro Team.

 From RE/MAX Pearland-Space Center, Top Individual Producers are Shirley Long, Carol Meissner. Patty McCracken achieved the place of overall Top Individual Producer and Top Listing Individual. Among the other Top Listing Agents were Carol Meissner,  and Linda Marszalek.
