A stellar combination of management, sales and customer service has been the key to the success of Annette and David Weiland, new owners of RE/MAX Premier Real Estate in Quinlan and RE/MAX Premier Real Estate II in Greenville. The husband and wife team joined RE/MAX five years ago and are ready to take on the challenge of running both offices, servicing the expanding area surrounding Lake Tawakoni.

“We never even considered working for a company other than RE/MAX®,” says Broker of Record David Weiland of their start in the real estate industry. “RE/MAX is already known as a leader in this area, and we love the business model and commission program.” Property sales are high in the beautiful Lake Tawakoni area and RE/MAX Premier Real Estate offers residential and raw land sales to its growing population. The two offices are currently nine agents strong (seven in Quinlan and two in Greenville) with their eyes on expanding the team.

“We would really like to set goals for our new agents and give them a head start through mentoring and leadership training,” Annette adds. “Our goal as an office is to raise the bar for professionalism in our area.” With both agent and manager training-on-demand from RE/MAX University available 24/7, they will also have the industry’s best real estate training. “We are fortunate to have tenured agents who have many years experience to help us start off on the right foot with this venture.  Three of our agents recently attended Power Start and gained additional insight in to the strength of RE/MAX.  Plans for the remainder of the agents to attend are already in place,” continues Annette. The offices will also be letting their standards and professionalism show as members of their local Chamber of Commerce.
