RE/MAX Marble Falls is shaking things up and announcing new owners and some new initiatives to go with them. The office is ready to expand its business in Marble Falls with owners Dana Vann-Yarter and her husband Clancy Yarter at the helm. Currently with 14 agents on call and plans to recruit more, RE/MAX Marble Falls will continue to service the areas of Lake LBJ, Horseshoe Bay, Kingsland and Burnet.
“We are a resort community, so we will continue to focus on residential waterfront properties, though we like to have our hands in everything,” said real estate veteran Dana Vann-Yarter. “We have a lot planned for our business. The growth in this area is extraordinary and rentals are in demand, so we would like to implement a property management division in our office and meet the growing needs of our customers.”
With 10 years in real estate and seven years with RE/MAX®, Dana has seen her share of change. She left a lucrative Austin-based career in radio to live in the small town of Marble Falls. “Sales are sales. That never changes. If you can do them well, you can do them anywhere,” notes Dana of her transition from radio to real estate. “It just takes educating yourself and keeping up with what does change and adapting with it, then you will be ahead of the game.” Dana works diligently to bring that spirit of independence and adaptation to her office.
Some things will not change at RE/MAX Marble Falls. The office is steadfast in its support of local charities but does plan to expand its support by becoming a ‘Miracle Office’ to benefit Children’s Miracle Network®. The office and its staff will continue to answer the call of local charities including children’s advocacy programs and toy-drives. Dana will also remain active in the Marble Falls Chapter of the Women’s Council of REALTORS®, which she founded in 2002 and served as president of from 2002-2003.
