 Diana Garcia, RE/MAX Agent and one half of the Garcia Group (along with her husband David) has found prospects aplenty through RE/MAX LeadStreet, the industry’s most advanced Lead Generation system that brings leads to you at the click of a button. Here’s Diana’s story.

                                                 

“Recently, I was assigned several leads from LeadStreet. I saw that you had to assign the buyer drip email campaign to each lead, originally, I was under the assumption it happened automatically.  But all you have to do is go to the contacts list in LeadStreet and click the edit tablet at the end of their name, then click the Campaigns tab to assign the Buyer Campaign. Very easy to do!”

 

 That evening I went on and assigned the buyer campaign to many of the leads I had already received.  The following morning, before 8:00 am, I had 5 phone calls from contacts who had received my first drip email. Three of those people are moving in from out of town in March and want to start looking.  Two of the three were unhappy with agents who they were working with over the phone and Internet because they were not getting the information they wanted.  I assigned a drip campaign to 10 leads and was contacted by 5 people; that’ a 50% success rate!

 

 So, if you haven't assigned your drip email campaign, do so right away.  Many of the leads you receive are definitely worth the minute to accept and assign the campaign.  Now, hopefully I can find all of them a house! I’ll be very busy following through on all these prospects, but I am excited to see what else LeadStreet comes up with in the future.”
