An active agent since 1992, Chad Thibodeaux has been selling real estate since shortly after graduating from college and has cultivated a long and prosperous relationship with RE/MAX Horseshoe Bay. Originally from Port Arthur, Chad has been a resident of both Houston and Austin, but has spent about 25 years in the Horseshoe Bay area. His long years there haven’t made him a complacent expert, but a devout learner. “I strive to be as knowledgeable as possible about real estate and my territory,” says Chad.

A graduate of Texas A&M University, Chad earned a degree in Business before becoming involved in real estate. In 2005, RE/MAX Horseshoe Bay entered the RE/MAX® Network and both the office and Chad quickly made their presence known. Today, he specializes in residential second home sales. In his business, Chad stresses honesty, communication and true service. “At the core of my business is the desire to provide a level of service that is above and beyond the expectations of my clients,” notes Chad. “I am building lifelong relationships with my clients that are based on mutual trust.”

This formula has done the trick for Chad. He is a member of the RE/MAX Chairman’s Club, has been named one of the top 25 Realtors in the area by the Austin Business Journal, and ended 2006 as the #1 RE/MAX individual producer in the Austin Real Estate Council. In 2007, he plans for another great year. “I’d love to have another great year in sales, of course. But beyond that I’d like to achieve an additional real estate designation,” Chad relates. “I’d also like to hire a personal assistant, spend more time with my family and get out fishing more on beautiful Lake LBJ.”

Will Chad have time to do all that? Well, judge for yourself. For the past four years, Chad has been keeping himself busy outside of work by being heavily involved with the Highland Lakes Association of Realtors as their Secretary Treasurer and head of the audit committee. With his past track record of success, there is little doubt he will be able to accomplish any goal he sets for himself.
