With an almost 30-year career in real estate, no one could call Patty McCracken of RE/MAX Pearland-Space Center new to the business – except perhaps herself. “I had always been the owner, the boss. But eventually, I wanted to get out there and experience this business from the agent’s side,” says McCracken, who has been a top producer each year since joined RE/MAX and member of the Platinum club every year since 2002.

Specializing in residential luxury homes, Patty invests heavily in marketing herself. “All of my clients are referrals. I follow the RE/MAX® approach when it comes to my image and reputation. All my marketing materials and photographs are produced professionally,” notes McCracken. “We also utilize the highest quality technology to create virtual tours for our listings.”
