“RE/MAX on the Brazos is a wonderful and friendly yet professional office.  They are almost like family,” Jeff Lutz said of his colleagues.  After working in management for 20-plus years for several large national retailers, Jeff is enjoying the change to a smaller, personable workplace where he can build long-term business relationships with clients. 

Jeff was licensed about a year when he made the decision to join Julius Zatopek’s office in Sugar Land.  Selling rural acreage home sites is Jeff’s specialty, and he also works with investors acquiring rental properties.  Jeff finds that most of his clients are referrals or repeat business which is a sure sign of success in the real estate.

“I always keep in mind the importance of my client’s business.  The purchase or sale of real estate is not just another transaction, and I am always available to answer their questions.  Value your integrity, honesty and sincerity, and, most important, always do what is right, even if no one else would have known that it might be in question,” Lutz said of his philosophy about his real estate business.
