Charlie Morgan went to college with his eyes on the heavens, studying to be an Aerospace Engineer.  He never dreamed his future career would result with his feet firmly planted in real estate.  Charlie was named the RE/MAX of Texas Rookie of the Year in 1996, and is with RE/MAX Associates I, owned by Sue Sistrunk in Burleson.

Charlie’s engineering approach to real estate and marketing are equally as thorough, and he uses the practice of “streaking” the areas of Meadowcreek, Southgate, and Hulen Meadows.  “Streaking is not what people think.  I walk the neighborhoods handing out flyers, business cards, talking to people and staying on top of the real estate market in those areas,” Charlie said. He gets over 60% of his business from the technique, averaging between 75 -80 closed transactions annually. 

“If you perform the task you are hired to do then clients are going to be happy.  I sell 9 out of 10 houses that I list,” Charlie said of his success.  “I want people to know when they hire ‘Charlie’ they hire a great Sales Professional.  I have to be very good at what I do because I have a lot of responsibilities.”  Charlie is the father of four, and he and his wife expect to adopt a daughter from South Korea in the next year.
